Service Guidance
At Outersoul Wellness, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a calm, uninterrupted experience for every guest. The following policies help protect your time, the studio flow, and the care provided to all clients. Thank you for honoring these guidelines.
Payment Agreement
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. Outersoul Wellness accepts approved payment methods including card, cash, and select digital payments.
Preferred pricing may be available for cash payments. Please inquire if you would like more information.
Treatment bundles and pre-purchased services are non-refundable and are intended to support consistency and long-term care. They are good for a year from the date purchased and then will always be honored for the remainder dollar amount thereafter.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and the time of others, advance notice is required for any cancellation, rescheduling, or appointment change.
Standard Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments under 2 hours in duration. Of course more notice is always appreciated.
Extended Appointments (2 hours or more)
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or modify appointments that are 2 hours or longer.
Appointments canceled with insufficient notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full service amount.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice prevent that time from being offered to another client in need of care.
Appointments missed without communication will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to reserve future appointments.
If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can support you appropriately.
Late Arrival
Arriving late may shorten your session in order to remain respectful of the next scheduled appointment. Full service fees still apply.
Respecting the Ritual
Outersoul Wellness is a space rooted in mutual respect, care, and professionalism. I value the time, energy, and intention shared within each session and ask the same in return.
I reserve the right to decline future bookings or refuse service to individuals who repeatedly disregard scheduling policies, cross professional boundaries, show continued disrespect for time, or engage in inappropriate behavior.
These guidelines are in place to protect the integrity of the space, the experience, and the well-being of all who enter it.
